Glad to leave the motel. Not a great place but then what do you expect for 33.00 a night. Glad I brought my own sheets. We met Irene in Montclaire right by Piedmont where she and Uncle Steve live. It was wonderful to see her.
Then off to meet Ray and Martha for a fun day in San Francisco. I had no clue what we were doing but it is always fun to let the day unfold itself. We were going to go to the Academy of Arts and Sciences but no parking so on to plan B. It turned out to be even better. Great way to spend Valentines Day. Then off to an amazing dinner on the other side of the Golden Gate bridge.
Finally we checked into our next hotel. Yep much better. The Embassy Suites in Walnut Creek. Looking forward to a comfy night in a nice place. So much better than the night before. Gotta love a 180.00 a night room when we got it for 64.00. :)
